This register summarizes service providers used by Wise Venture LLC or requiring owner confirmation for company-operated applications. It distinguishes providers intended to receive TikTok-derived data from providers used only for website, authentication, source control, or business functions.

Register

Vercel

Used by this public website

Purpose: Hosting, deployment, serverless execution, logs, and delivery of the Wise Venture website and contact API.
Data Categories: Public website requests, contact form metadata and content if submitted through the site, deployment logs.
Processing Geography: United States and other regions used by Vercel's managed platform.
TikTok-Derived Data: Not intended to receive TikTok-derived data unless a company application using TikTok data is separately deployed there.

Resend

Used by this public website when RESEND_API_KEY is configured

Purpose: Email delivery for contact, privacy, and security requests submitted to Wise Venture.
Data Categories: Sender name, reply email, company, subject, message body, and email delivery metadata.
Processing Geography: United States and other regions used by Resend and its infrastructure providers.
TikTok-Derived Data: Not intended to receive TikTok-derived data except if a platform or seller includes it in an email request.

GitHub

Used for source control

Purpose: Private repository hosting, code review, version history, and deployment integration.
Data Categories: Source code, policy documents, issue or commit metadata, and administrator account metadata.
Processing Geography: United States and other regions used by GitHub's managed platform.
TikTok-Derived Data: Not intended to receive TikTok-derived data. Secrets and tokens must not be committed.

Neon

Requires owner confirmation for company applications

Purpose: Database hosting if used by an internal company application.
Data Categories: Application records only if a Wise Venture application is configured to use Neon.
Processing Geography: Region depends on the selected Neon project configuration.
TikTok-Derived Data: May receive TikTok-derived catalog or authorization metadata only if the internal TikTok integration stores that data in Neon.

Sanity

Requires owner confirmation for company applications

Purpose: Content management if used by a company-operated website or application.
Data Categories: Content records and account metadata if configured for a company application.
Processing Geography: Sanity publicly identifies Belgium as a primary processing location for its platform; additional locations may apply through subprocessors.
TikTok-Derived Data: Not intended to receive TikTok-derived data unless a company application is specifically designed to store such data there.

Inngest

Requires owner confirmation for company applications

Purpose: Background jobs, workflow orchestration, retries, and event processing if used by a company application.
Data Categories: Event payloads and job metadata if configured for a company application.
Processing Geography: Region depends on the selected Inngest configuration and managed infrastructure.
TikTok-Derived Data: May receive TikTok-derived catalog or authorization metadata only if the internal TikTok integration sends that data through Inngest.

Clerk

Requires owner confirmation for company applications

Purpose: Authentication and administrator session management if used by a company application.
Data Categories: Administrator identity, authentication, session, and security metadata if configured.
Processing Geography: United States and other regions used by Clerk's managed platform.
TikTok-Derived Data: Not intended to receive TikTok-derived catalog data; may process administrator identity and access metadata.

Review Notes

Providers marked as requiring owner confirmation should not be represented as active subprocessors for a specific company application until the owners verify the application architecture, account configuration, data flow, and selected processing region. Vendor certifications are vendor controls, not Wise Venture certifications.
