Wise Venture verifies requests before disclosing, changing, or deleting records. Verification may include confirming control of the email address used in a prior interaction, matching seller/platform details, confirming administrator authorization, or requesting additional limited information needed to prevent unauthorized access.

Wise Venture will respond within a reasonable period and will explain if a request cannot be completed because the company does not control the data, cannot verify the requester, must preserve records for legal/security reasons, or needs a platform-directed process.

For the private Earth Angel Merch TikTok Shop integration, Wise Venture requires TikTok authorization credentials to be deleted immediately on disconnect and remaining TikTok-derived records to be deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless legally required.
